In Expocuba the “Industry Week” will be in session until tomorrow, August 17, dedicated to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz on the 93rd Anniversary of his birth and as part of the summer educational activities called by the Ministry of Industries to promote knowledge from the national public about the current Cuban industry.

In this event, pavilions 18 and 22 of the fairground have become spaces where a representation of the companies of the different groups (GESIME, GEMPIL, GEIQ, GELECT and GER), present samples of their productions and hold contests, talks and other activities recreational dedicated to children fundamentally.

The inauguration was special, where the little ones sang congratulations to Fidel on his 93rd birthday and participated in different participation games, activities supported by the OSDE Communication team and the SERVINDUS company. While yesterday, August 15, the EISA organized contests with the children of its workers to promote interest in this entity with an impact on important programs in the national economy.

Today, August 16, the activity "I work in Varona" took place, organized by the "Inoxidables Varona" Company aimed at the vocational training of their children, as well as the COMETAL company, also aimed at infants.

Tomorrow, Saturday 17, the event will culminate with a large costume party where all companies and visitors to the fairground will be able to participate.
