The First Vice President of the Councils of State and Ministers Salvador Valdés Mesa visited the Integral Automotive Services Company (EISA) yesterday, August 1, with the aim of checking the status of his recovery from the damages caused by the tornado on 27 January of this year. During his visit, he learned about the construction and repair actions that were undertaken in the entity.

He was also interested in the economic results of the EISA until the month of July and in the prospects for compliance with the production and services plan for the second half, which responds to the prioritized programs related to the automotive sector. These are:
1. Re-motorization of all equipment in the Zil, Gaz, Girón, Diana, Shaolin, Great Wall, Lada, Hyundai and other joint lines with MITRANS.
2. Repair of Lada, Hyundai, Yuchai, Great Wall engines and motorcycle units of all OACE's.
3. Production of PPA.
4. Manufacture of screws.
5. Production of aluminum castings.
6. Attention to Prioritized Programs in the country:
• BIOCUBAFARMA (Zil, Gaz, Kamaz, Hyundai, Girón, Gazelle, Great Wall)
• INRH (Zil, Gaz, Great Wall).
• MINSAP (Hyundai, Great Wall, Zil, Gaz and Girón).
• COMMUNALS (Great Wall, Zil, Gaz)
• MITRANS (Diana Yutong, Diana Rusa, Girón, Semiómnibus, Gazelle)
• MINFAR (Great Wall, Diana)
• MONTH (Zil, Gaz, Girón)
• CITMA (Zil, Gaz, Girón, Diana, Shaolin)
• FGR (Zil, Gaz, Girón)
• PCC, OLPP and political and mass organizations.

Valdés Mesa was at the UEB EISA EMOTO workshops where he exchanged with workers about their working conditions, perceived wages and the willingness to find solutions and alternatives to current difficulties.
Moments before concluding his visit, he stated:
"We are going to revolutionize our economic thinking and make a socialism even with the front neighbors."

The tour was also attended by the Vice President of CAP, the First Secretary of the San Miguel del Padrón Municipality Party, the President of the Municipal Government, and other officials from the territory.
